Thank you for choosing Rati Adornments. We are committed to delivering your favorite jewellery pieces safely and on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days across India.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days (available for select pincodes).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹999].
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, transit issues, or local restrictions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS notification containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your parcel directly on our website or through our courier partner’s portal.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD services to most pincodes in India.

A nominal COD convenience fee may apply, which will be visible during the checkout process.

To ensure successful delivery, our team may call or message you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
5. Packaging & Damages

Each piece of jewellery is inspected for quality and securely packed in tamper-evident packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Rati Adornments is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the parcel appears tampered with at the time of delivery.

Important: If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@therati.in with an unboxing video.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your Pincode and Contact Number before confirming your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on bringing Rati Adornments to international customers soon!
